Styrofoam Recycling....

I loathe styrofoam and even more, having to throw it away. I live in NE Tennessee and have been unsuccessful at finding any place that accepts it for recycling...I am willing to drive to VA, NC to do this...does anyone have any suggestions???

If it's packaging material, keep it. You can probably find a way to use it later. If it's #6 EPS like the cups and "to-go" containers, you may not be able to find a place to take it yet. There are not many places that recycle Styrofoam, and most that do only recycle the packaging-type of Styrofoam. There is a plant in Atlanta, GA however, that would be able to take it. With time, this science will develop. I have faith. Salvage America in Greensboro, NC could be an option.
